1. Eligibility & Age Requirements

You must be 18 or older to use MyMindNook. This Service is for adults only. It is not available to children or teens, including people aged 13–17.

Parental or guardian consent does not make a person under 18 eligible. We do not offer a parental-consent or teen version of the Service.

We check adult eligibility before account creation. If we learn that an ineligible person created an account, we restrict access and begin the applicable deletion process.

2. Your Content

You retain rights in journals, reflections, and other content you submit. We process that content when needed to provide features you request, protect the service, comply with law, and honor your separate optional model-improvement choice. We do not sell your personal information or use emotional content for advertising.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Misuse the service
• Attempt unauthorized access
• Upload harmful or illegal content

4. Not Medical Advice

MyMindNook is a reflective and wellness tool. It is not a replacement for medical or psychological care.

5. Subscriptions, Payments & Merchant of Record

MyMindNook offers optional paid subscriptions and one-time add-on packs. Pricing, included allowances, and billing intervals are displayed clearly on our pricing and upgrade screens.

Web Purchases: Online orders on web.mymindnook.com are conducted by our Merchant of Record, Paddle (Paddle.com Inc. / Paddle Payments Limited), which provides customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Mobile App Purchases: In-app subscriptions on iOS and Android are billed directly by Apple Inc. or Google LLC through their respective app stores.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the platform or billing provider used at the time of purchase. For refund terms, please see our Refund Policy.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms.

7. Changes to Terms

We may revise these terms as needed. Continued use = acceptance.
